*COS Transit Master Plan*

I am happy to report that based on discussion I had with SDOT staff at
a meeting of the STMP Advisory Commiittee, the language (specifically
the term "minorities") has been restored.  This provides the kind of
accoutability needed for the plan to have some measure of confidence
with Rainier Valley Residents and provides for better leverage when
seeking Federal funding for projects that result from the 20 year
Plan.
