Our Board of Directors works to support the members of the organization. Board members must be a community stakeholder (volunteer, work, or live in the neighborhood) and be willing to meet monthly. Board members play an integral role in the operations and funding of the organization. Listed below are the positions and responsibilities for each role.
Chair Responsibilities:
1. Preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors
2. Shall have general supervision of the affairs of the corporation

Secretary Treasurer Responsibilities:
1. During the absence or disability of the Chairperson, exercise all the functions of the President and Chairperson
2. Shall shall issue notices for all meetings, for notices of special meetings of the members and the Board of Directors
3. Shall keep minutes of all meetings, shall have charge of the seal and the corporate books
4. Treasurer shall have the custody of all moneys and securities of the corporation and shall keep regular books of account

Adviser Responsibilities:
1. Provide counsel on RB Coalition initiatives
