This year’s theme, Neighborhood Heroes: Honoring the Heart of Rainier Beach, will shine a light on folks in the Rainier Beach neighborhood who have made a significant impact. The people are what make the neighborhood, and RBAC wants to take the opportunity to celebrate the imperative folks who have set the foundation for the neighborhood and our innovators as well.
