Farm Stand

"Our vision for the future of the Farm Stand is to have more members of the community involved as well as expanding our operations and increasing the amount of produce we give away."
Vision
We believe in a future for Rainier Beach in which everyone has access to healthy, fresh and culturally-relevant produce that is sourced from local (BI)POC farms, and that supports employment opportunities for neighborhood young adults.
Program Description
The Farm Stand operates seasonally every Saturday from 10-12pm between mid-June and early October. We distribute free produce grown by local (BI)POC farmers from our location on MLK at RBAC Growth Center (9059 MLK Jr S., Seattle WA 98118). We have served the best produce in the Rainier Valley to between 60-80 families every week and distributed over 6,000lbs for the last 2 seasons.
