NO JUSTICE NO PEACE, I’m thinking about will I be alive next?
my soul crying every week like dang my people are leaving this world piece by piece,
NO JUSTICE NO PEACE What they did to George Floyd was not even peace social media said, “It’s supposed be a protest not robbery, but it was supposed to be an arrest not murder”
NO JUSTICE NO PEACE My people been fighting for justice for 400 years but we just been silent. But WE WILL NOT BE Silent.
No JUSTICE NO PEACE You can’t tell me that those 4 officers did not hear the words “I CAN’T BREATHE” 11 times.
NO JUSTICE NO PEACE 163 PEOPLE BLACK MALES HAVE DIED IN POLICE CUSTODY.
NO JUSTICE NO PEACE “If we can’t be free in the country we built, then where the hell can we be free!?’’
NO JUSTICE NO PEACE All my black girls they slay in this industry.
NO JUSTICE NO PEACE “When do I go from cute to dangerous?”
No JUSTICE NO PEACE I WANT MY BLACK MAN TO LIVE.
NO JUSTICE NO PEACE I WANT JUSTICE AND I WANT IT NOW!
I hope you guys like the poem that I wrote. I wanted to let my emotion out about how I feel. WE have been fighting for Justice for a long time and we still don’t have Justice. I don’t even know when we will be able to even have fairness. Our black men have been tortured for things they didn’t do. These men have children that they have to provide for, but they are in jail for years. The police can come to get you off the streets for crimes you didn’t do. It’s sad what they did to George Floyd. Imagine you are just turning on the tv and you see that your dad is dead. It happens every day in the news. These cops don’t realize what they are doing to these black men.
