Hello everyone!

Jar here with some exciting updates!

First off, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you who has supported RBAC’s “Four Branches, Four Colors” series! This campaign has been an incredible journey for me as the Development Manager, and it’s truly rewarding to see how our community has engaged with this campaign. Highlighting the amazing work and the dedicated individuals behind RBAC is such an important component of this series, and your support means the world to us!

Throughout October, we had the opportunity to showcase our “A Place for Everyone” branch. Our media gallery has provided insight into the Recreating Henderson Street Project, which aims to innovate our neighborhood and foster neighborhood engagement. Additionally, we’ve highlighted the Priority Hire Program, which focuses on creating equitable job opportunities in the construction trade for our residents in Rainier Beach.

As we move into this month, our focus shifts to “Lifelong Learning!” We’re eager to introduce you to the phenomenal team that drives this vital aspect of our work at RBAC. Starting with an interview with our Transformation Strategist, Jerrell Davis as we learn more about his role and what brought him to RBAC.

Our Lifelong Learning branch was designed to educate, inspire, and empower residents throughout Rainier Beach and beyond! More to come soon!

Also, make sure to tune in tomorrow, November 6, on RBAC’s Facebook page where you’ll get an exclusive glimpse into the inspiring work being done by our talented “A Place for Everyone” team.

Join us in celebrating the progress we’ve made and the bright future ahead by visiting our Four Branches, Four Colors website below.

Looking forward to seeing you in the neighborhood!

Best,

Jarquita Brown
