The next RB Coalition meeting is Thursday, Oct. 21.

The RB Coalition’s goal for Education is to assist residents – children, youth and adults – in improving access to quality academic and vocational training opportunities designed to enhance academic achievement and the employability and self sufficiency of Rainier Beach residents.

Priorities include:

  • Mobilize community for student success
  • Have accountability for increasing academic achievement
  • Maintain accountability and sustainability of the Southeast Education Initiative (keep the $)
  • K-16 options in neighborhood

Come hear about the education initiatives in our neighborhood that are making a difference or not. Consider committing your energy to these efforts.
