Our Four Branches, Four Colors year-end giving campaign has taken us on an incredible journey. Our Lifelong Learning branch not only focuses on our fundraising and administration efforts but also serves as the backbone that sustains our entire organization!

 

During the month of November, I have had the unique privilege of interviewing our remarkable Imaginement Team, the people who make our mission a reality! This team is not just colleagues; they are deeply passionate people who inspire me and whose hard work drives our shared vision forward.

 

Through this series of interviews, I’ve had the chance to hear their stories, learn about their journeys and how they got to RBAC, and witness the dedication that fuels their work. It’s been such an honor to get to know them, not just as leaders but as people who enjoy being in community with others, being in nature, and focusing on their art—all with their own unique perspectives and motivations. It’s been such a fun ride! 

 

Each of their stories has reminded me why this work matters and strengthened my belief in the power of driving change through community.
