*Bring the Family *

Seattle Parks and Recreation invites you and your family to meet with the design team for the Rainier Playfield Play Area Renovation. Parks will present an initial analysis and use of the site. Then we will discuss conceptual design ideas for renovating the play area. We want you and your children to be a part of this discussion.

This renovation project, identified in the Parks and Green Spaces Levy, will provide a new play area for children ages 2-5 and 5-12, new safety surfacing, and better accessibility. Site improvements may also include picnic tables, benches, barbecues, improved pathways and entry, plantings and art.

Construction is planned for 2011.

Parks encourages you to come and share thoughts. Your input will help us create the best possible design for your neighborhood play area.
