The May 18-24, 2011 issue of Real Change newspaper provides coverage on the upcoming expiration of RPZ (restricted parking zone) permits, originally issued two years ago with the opening of the light rail line.

Starting September 1, residents will need to pay $65 per car or $30 for a guest pass to part on streets in the RPZ.
